Demand Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
The position is needed to assist the Demand and Supply Planning (DSP) Manager focus on supply chain process related with: Forecasting, Monitoring and controlling, data support, and system to ensure realistic demand plan and supply program to meet and satisfy customer requirement at the lowest total operation cost.

Requirements:

• Education: S1 degree, Economic, Engineering (Industrial, Civil), Statistics
• Experience: 2-3 years experience in Marketing (business development, business analyst), PPIC, or Supply chain, or others related planning and inventory management
• Computer literacy: Skillful on Microsoft office preferable advance in Microsoft excel, Lotus Notes and SAP User
• Leadership: Able to lead people or working team
• Language: Good command in English both oral & written

VACANT POSITION

Job Title : Measurement Science Asst

Department : Operation Department

Job Summary:

Responsible for prompt delivery of statistical support aligned with global /
regional statistical and technical standards to internal associates and
manage adhoc projects .

Typical Responsibilities :

§ Provide universe updates at internals consistent with ACNielsen
guidelines and standards

§ Validate universe updates based on independent data sources

§ Provide data collection department with shop / household selection and
replacement list

§ Liaise with data collection management to ensure that actual useable
sample per period is in compliance with Nielsen standards

§ Ensure Quality Control algorithms for identifying and correcting raw and
projected data are operating within Nielsen guidelines

§ Liaise with Data Production department in ensuring data quality, accuracy
and timely data delivery

§ Conduct data queries and investigation to explain trend, changes or
anomalies

§ Work with supervisor on analysis and design of customized experiments for
clients

§ Conduct data validation studies upon request and provide written feedback
within pre agreed timeframe

§ Conduct regular coverage studies of client data to ensure information
trends are accurate

§ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and
applications

§ Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy
and correctness

§ Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are
observed

§ Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility

§ In cross-country projects, working with associates from around the world

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

§ University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or
other Quantitative fields of study

§ Fresh Graduate

§ Knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other statistical packages preferred but not
required

§ Knowledge of MS Office applications preferred

§ Knowledge of basic programming preferred but not required

§ Proficiency in oral and written English

Strong analytical skills; Detail oriented; Able to work independently;
Excellent pro-activity; Adapt to changes quickly and effectively; Desire to
grow and excel in a fast-growing and fast-changing environment
