I. PERSYARATAN YANG HARUS DIPENUHI
1) Warga Negara Indonesia.
2) Usia sekurang-kurangnya 18 (delapan belas) tahun dan paling tinggi :
a. 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun pada 1 Januari 2011;
b. 40 (empat puluh) tahun pada 1 Januari 2011 bagi yang bekerja pada lembaga swasta
yang berbadan hukum yang menunjang kepentingan nasional paling kurang 5 (lima)
tahun pada 17 April 2002 atau telah bekerja pada lembaga swasta yang berbadan
hukum minimal sejak 17 April 1997 sampai dengan sekarang secara terus menerus.
3) Tidak pernah dihukum penjara/kurungan berdasarkan keputusan pengadilan yang telah
mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap karena melakukan suatu tindakan pidana kejahatan.
4) Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan
hormat sebagai Pegawai Negeri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai
Swasta.
5) Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon / Pegawai Negeri.
6) Mempunyai pendidikan, kecakapan, keahlian dan keterampilan yang diperlukan.
7) Berkelakuan baik.
8) Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
9) Tidak mengkonsumsi/menggunakan narkotika, psikotropika, prekursor dan zat aditif lainnya.
10) Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia atau Negara lain yang
ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.
11) Bersedia melepaskan diri dari jabatan Pengurus dan / atau Anggota Partai Politik pada saat
dinyatakan lulus ujian penyaringan.

12) Berijasah sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan.
13) Memiliki Kartu Tanda Penduduk.
14) Lulus seleksi.
II. TATA CARA PELAMARAN
Pelamar dalam mengajukan permohonan melampirkan :
2.1 Surat lamaran ditujukan kepada Gubernur Bali, Cq. Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah
Provinsi Bali diatas materai Rp. 6000 ,- ditulis tangan sendiri dengan tinta hitam cair
dengan melampirkan :
2.1.1 Foto copy Surat Tanda Tamat Belajar / Ijazah yang dipersyaratkan dan Transkrip
Nilai yang telah dilegalisir oleh pejabat yang berwenang.
2.1.2 Pas photo terbaru hitam putih ukuran 3 x 4 cm sebanyak 3 lembar (pakaian
berkerah dan kedua daun telinga tampak jelas).
Bagi pelamar yang berusia lebih dari 35 tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 40 tahun pada
tanggal 1 Januari 2011 yang bekerja di lembaga swasta berbadan hukum, ditambah
dengan lampiran :
2.1.3 Fotocopy Surat Keputusan pengangkatan pertama dan terakhir, yang disahkan
oleh pimpinan perusahaan/lembaga swasta yang bersangkutan;
2.1.4 Surat Pernyataan dari pimpinan perusahaan/lembaga swasta yang menyatakan
bahwa :
a. sampai saat ini masih bekerja secara terus menerus; dan
b. perusahaan/lembaga swasta tempat bekerja telah berbadan hukum ditunjukkan
dengan mencantumkan Nomor dan tanggal Akte Pendirian.
2.2 Dalam surat lamaran harus menyebutkan nama dan kode jabatan yang akan dilamar.
2.3 Surat lamaran beserta kelengkapannya dibuat dalam rangkap 1 (satu) dan dibawa
langsung oleh pelamar yang bersangkutan.
2.4 Penerimaan lamaran dilaksanakan di Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Bali,
Jalan Tjok. Agung Tresna, Niti Mandala Renon Denpasar Telp. (0341) 227217 dari tanggal
5 s/d 20 Nopember 2010 (kecuali hari Minggu), dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :
