degree and diploma.
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years (A and D), 2-3 years (B, C, E, F, G, H, I, J,
K, L, M, N, and O) for the same position in the field of food processing or
plantation outcome.
* Ability to work in a team, the quality and results-oriented work, and capable
lead to the level of Superintendent and Supervisor.
* Have an appropriate driver’s license (M)
* Preferably domicile in Kep. Riau, Riau, Batam, Jambi
* Willing to stay in the factory location.

Ensure run shift production run within budget given

Coordinate and manage shift maintenance crew to support production activities
Evaluate shift employee performance to improve performance
Coach, supervise line leader to deliver high performance results
Provide shift production report

Key contributor on continues improvement in production department

Requirements:

Age maximum 35 years old
Formal education: Bachelor degree in primary area of engagement
Working experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
Experience in Lean manufacturing concept and implementation, VSM, 5S, TPM, 7 tools, Six Sigma and Black belt certified is advantage
English proficient and Computer Literate (Ms. Office, SAP)
Has good analytical skills, passion for driving change and strong leadership
