Qualifications:
Male / FemaleAge Max. 35., Minimal S1., 1-2 years marketing experience., Experience in Travel Insurance Business., Has an extensive network teruatama in the travel agencies.

Responsibilities:

* Implement a business model in the framework of cooperation with third parties to
   add new potential distribution channels to increase production.
* Conduct a profitable cooperation with third parties who have a mass distribution
   network to increase production.
* Maintain good relationships with third parties, to strengthen business relations
   and increase the production of segments biz alliance.
* maintain A / R in the segment of the Business Alliance to ensure the A / R.
* be well defined according to time and procedures.
* To evaluate the data related to business development as an input to enhance
   business development program that has been done and further business  
   development program.

Recruitment Associate (Jakarta)

Qualifications:
Male / femaleMin. S1 Psychology, experience min. 2 yrs working as a Recruitment Analyst / HR Analyst., Target-oriented., Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct recruitment activities as a whole (sourcing, sorting, Psikotest, interview s /  
   d goal 4, outsourcing replacement) to obtain prospective candidates in accordance
   with the position and predefined and leadtime.
* Conduct recruitment process improvement related to improving the effectiveness
   and efficiency of recruitment run
* Monitoring of cooperation with third parties relating to the recruitment (such as the     
   Internet, newspapers, universities, outsourced vendors, etc.) as a means of meeting
   manpower needs appropriate and timely manner.
